How to use Calm & Destress Essential Oil Rollerball
Normally for remedy rollers, you will apply to pulse points, but for this specific roller, where the main purpose is for mosquito and bug repellant, you will apply as needed to the relevant areas. Especially on ankles, legs and arms. This roller is safe to use topically on the neck, face and body where you would normally apply a bug spray or mosquito repellent.
Do not apply to broken skin. Seek medical advice for use during pregnancy and with medical condition

Is this safe for use during pregnancy?
Best is always to consult with your healthcare provider. Due to roller blends being diluted and not being 100% concentrated, you can use this oil with care and in moderation. Avoid using essential oils during the first trimester unless you are under the supervision of a qualified practitioner.
Is this safe to use around pets?
We do not recommend using our remedy rollers on pets.
